Forward your calls to another phone number based on three (3) conditions which we call Forwarding Rules:

  • Busy
  • No Answer
  • Not Logged-in

You have to choose one from the above conditions, once met, incoming calls will be forwarded to another phone number.

HOW TO USE IT

This feature lets you know when there is another call trying to reach you while you're on another call. One of the highlights of this feature is that you can record a message, thus the 2nd party will hear a message while waiting for you to answer the call. If you answer the other waiting call, usual airtime charge will apply to both calls until one call ended.

You can record voice messages in your Portal on Greetings Mode. If you already have a file saved on your computer, upload it from your computer to Portal (files must be in .wav file extension). You can set the created greeting message as your voice message if you're not available to answer calls.

This features is a kind of Softphone which can be use directly from your Portal, also called as Web Dialer. No need to install, it's already embedded in Portal. It's easy to access, and can receive and make a call.
