DID or Virtual number is a telephone number without a directly-associated telephone line. Usually these numbers are programmed to forward incoming calls to one of the pre-set telephone numbers chosen by the client. Subscribing to virtual numbers may use your existing phones, without the need to purchase additional hardware. Users can purchase DID’s through the web interface, and you can select the country and area of the DID. Fee or monthly fee is deducted on customer’s account and immediately can be used. You can link your DID number through Cipow Portal and you can choose events like Call forward, busy, not available, offline and will transferred or forwarded to any to your Cipow number.

This service is sometimes called two stage dialling in reference to the way how the connection from the user to destination is realized. In the first stage a user dials the access number and only then is asked for entering the destination number which is the second stage. Thus, user can avoid expensive international rates if he was to dial directly to destination. Instead, he dials first to local access number and then the connection to the destination is carried out through VoIP at much lower rate.

How to use the Call card?

• Just simply dial the access number 8888.
• System will ask to enter you card number (PIN number) followed by # sign.
• After the card number entered correctly, the system will announce your current balance.
• System will now ask the destination number you wish to rich
• System will announce the maximum duration of the call and start calling.
• After the first successful call to the telephone number is being saved by the system. So that on the second try to rich the number called will not be ask again to enter the PIN number.
